When you comment on content like videos, we collect the textual content of the comments and related metadata (such as the sender of the comment, transmission time, IP address) to ensure the proper display of the comment content and achieve content safety, crime detection, and user protection.

Automatically Collected Information
(1) Device Information
We collect information about the devices you use to access our services. We automatically collect your device information, including your IP address, device type, device model, device name, advertising device identifier, device ID, browser type and settings, operating system, language settings, mobile network information (including operator name and phone number), application version information, storage information, and other technical information. We collect this information to achieve basic product business functions, secure the safety of your account and system, and provide you with consistent services.
(2) Usage Information
When you use Durian services, we automatically collect information about the videos you watch, the words you search (including voice information), the number of times you view videos and ads and interact with them, your service usage time and frequency, interactions with other users, your purchase activity information, the information you collect/share, your settings information (such as your age, gender, interests, etc.), and/or other interaction information with our website. We collect this information to provide you with the content you need. Additionally, to better understand users, we utilize this information to analyze your video viewing preferences and more, in order to provide real-time recommendations of videos, ads, and services that may interest you and are of high quality.
(3) Your Location Information
We collect your location information when you use our services to enable practical functions, such as recommending higher-quality videos and ad content in your area. We may infer your approximate location through the IP address.
(4) Log Information
We automatically collect log information about your use of Durian services, which may be obtained through cookies, web beacons, log files, programming scripts, electronic tags, or any other means.
Information from Third Parties
(1) Third-Party Account Information
If you log into our services using a third-party platform account (such as Facebook/Google/Apple ID/Google ID, etc.), we will obtain your account information from the third-party platform (including name, avatar, phone number, email, etc., subject to your authorization), to create or log into your Durian account, provide services to logged-in users, secure your account, and mitigate security risks.
(2)Third-Party Payment Institution Information
If you purchase our VIP services, other paid content, etc., the third-party payment service providers we collaborate with (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, etc.) will provide us with your payment information or updates to your payment information for verifying your payment status and seamlessly providing the purchased services to you. Please be aware that we only collect information about the products you purchased, payment transaction numbers, and channel IDs, and we do not collect any of your bank account numbers, payment passwords, and other payment information.
(3)Information Obtained from Publicly Available Sources

(4)Information Obtained from Other Sources
You understand that we cannot and will not collect your personal information collected by third parties without authorization. If we need to indirectly collect your personal information from third parties due to business cooperation, we will ensure that information is legally collected and used through multiple levels and channels: (1) We will take measures such as agreement agreements to ensure that the third party has obtained your consent or collects your personal information within the scope permitted by relevant laws and regulations; (2) Before collecting, we will inform you of the source, type, purpose, method of use, business function used, and authorization scope of your personal information (if the use exceeds your original authorization scope, we will seek your authorization again); (3) Request the third party to commit to the legality of the personal information source at the agreement level. (a) The necessity to sign contracts and execute contracts between us and you, and to fulfill agreements between us;
(b) Provide, process, maintain, develop, and enhance Durian services (including video content, advertising, user-paid services, etc.);
(c) Offer personalized recommendation services (including video content, advertisements);
(d) Evaluate your applications (if applicable), respond to your inquiries/consultations/feedback/disputes;
(e) Handle your registration, login requests, verify and execute online payment-related transactions;
(f) Enable you to engage in platform interactive functions (such as video content comments);
(g) Communicate with you, including sending you commercial marketing information, operational activity notifications, agreement text updates, etc. Through one or more of your provided or collected contact methods during the service (such as email, phone, SMS, contact address), we may use them for communication during operations, to dispatch security verification messages, product and service updates, activity messages, promotions, user experience research, etc. You can unsubscribe through the method provided in Chapter IV (5) of this policy;
(h) Monitor, prevent, or investigate any fraudulent acts, abuse, security risks, and technical issues, including safeguarding the security of your account and system, enhancing the security and reliability of Durian services;
(i) Market research and trend analysis, comprehensive statistics related to Durian services, data analysis, processing, investigation;
(j) Other purposes disclosed to you when collecting your information, or other purposes you consent to.
C. Cookie Terms
Cookies are small files containing strings that are sent, stored on your computer, mobile device, or other devices when you log in and use websites or other online content (usually encrypted). Cookie-like technologies are other technologies that can be used for purposes similar to cookies, such as Web Beacons, Proxies, embedded scripts, etc. In this policy, we collectively refer to all such technologies as "cookies." Generally, we use cookies to collect your personal information, such as your browsing habits, browsing information, login information, etc., when you register and use our services.

You Share Your Information Yourself
You can share your personal information or other information with third parties (including unspecified objects) based on Durian services. For example, when you use the sharing function in our services, you can choose to share relevant information through email, SMS, social applications (such as Facebook, etc.) or other applications. The information you share to third-party applications is controlled and processed by the third party, and is subject to their terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for any information disclosure or use resulting from your sharing behavior, and you are required to bear the corresponding legal responsibilities.
We Share Your Information
Regarding your personal information, we generally do not share it with third parties. However, in the presence of one or more of the following circumstances, we will share your information with the following third parties in compliance with the legal requirements of your jurisdiction:
2.1. You request to share information voluntarily or consent to sharing in advance.
2.2. Information sharing with business partners
You understand and acknowledge that some of our services will be provided by business partners or jointly provided by us and business partners. Therefore, you agree that we can share your necessary personal information with the following partners for the purposes defined in this policy:
a. Service providers, such as marketing agencies providing marketing services, payment institutions providing payment services, logistics service providers, and other partners providing service function support, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Line Pay, etc.
b. Data processors (including data processors providing services such as network advertising data monitoring, data statistics, data analysis), for analyzing/maintaining/improving our services and providing you with better content, we may share your relevant information (such as video playback records, ad display records, terminal models, your city, etc.) in aggregated form with designated partners providing this service (such as Comscore, Google). The information mentioned does not involve your personal identity information, so please rest assured that we will not share your personal identity information with them without your consent.
c. Advertising partners, for example, during our collaboration with Google, Facebook, OpenX, etc., in the advertising delivery process, we may share information such as device IDs, advertising device identifiers, user age/gender tags, IP addresses, etc., to assist them in advertising or decision-making recommendations, improve ad reach effectiveness, and further understand user needs. We promise not to share identifiable personal information with them without your consent.
d. Operation activity service partners, for example, when conducting joint marketing activities with third parties, we share information related to the winners of joint marketing activities (such as your name and other information) so that they can promptly distribute prizes/gifts to you.
f. Third-party SDK service providers: our products may contain third-party SDKs or similar applications. When you use such services provided by third parties on our platform, you agree that they will directly collect and process your information (e.g., through embedding code, plugins, etc.). The actions of such service providers in collecting and processing information comply with their own privacy policies and are not governed by this policy. However, we will make efforts to review the business qualifications of the third party and demand the legality, compliance, and security of the service provider. g. Other business partners, for example, Astro, Singtel, with whom we conduct business cooperation.
When sharing your information, we will take various measures to protect the security of your personal information, including but not limited to: (1) If your authorization and consent are required, we will inform you of the purpose, type, and information recipient of the sharing before sharing and obtain your authorization and consent; (2) We will strictly stipulate the personal information protection obligations and legal responsibilities of the information recipient through agreements; (3) Our security team will conduct security assessments and processing on the output format, circulation, and usage of information and strive to anonymize personal information as much as possible; (4) If your information may be transferred to other countries/regions for the above sharing matters, whether transferred to our affiliates or third-party business partners, we will comply with relevant applicable laws to ensure that all such data transfers meet the requirements of local data protection laws.

III How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information
A Storage of Personal Information
a. Storage Location: Currently, Durian has a data center in Singapore. You understand and agree that, under the conditions and terms described in this policy, we may transfer and store your personal information in the aforementioned data center in compliance with applicable laws. Although the location of these data centers may have different standards of personal information protection than your jurisdiction, we will make every effort to protect your personal information according to stricter standards to minimize the risk of your personal information being disclosed.
As stated in this policy, we may share your personal information with third parties, which may be located outside Singapore. We will process the transfer of your personal information after meeting the requirements for cross-border transmission under applicable laws and regulations.
b. Storage Period: Generally, we only store your personal information for the necessary and shortest period to provide our services. After exceeding the above storage period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information according to relevant laws and regulations. However, in the following situations, we may change the storage period of information to comply with legal requirements:

We have established the Durian Security Emergency Response Center, developed multiple security management systems and emergency response plans, defined the reporting process for security incidents, and the emergency response procedures. In case of unfortunate personal information security incidents, we will activate emergency plans, prevent the escalation of security incidents, and notify you through phone calls, push notifications, announcements, emails, etc.
Please be aware and understand that the internet is not an entirely secure environment, and despite the protection measures mentioned above, we cannot completely guarantee the security of our services or any information you provide to us. If your personal information is leaked or compromised, it may affect your personal and property security. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you use secure methods and complex passwords to assist us in ensuring the security of your account. Delete Usage Information: You can delete a part of your usage information at any time through the relevant product page, such as deleting your viewing history information by clicking on "My - Viewing History."

VIII Dispute Resolution
If any court with jurisdiction rules/judges any term of this policy invalid, that specific term will be removed from this policy, but such invalidity will not affect the effectiveness of the remaining terms of this policy. The remaining terms of this policy will continue to be enforced.
Both parties agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this policy is governed by Singapore law and will be interpreted according to Singapore law.
Any disputes arising from or related to this policy (including its execution) should be resolved through amicable negotiation. Either party may also submit the dispute to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") for arbitration according to the current effective arbitration rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules") at the time of submitting the arbitration application. The place of arbitration will be Singapore, and the arbitral tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator. The language of arbitration will be Chinese. For the avoidance of doubt, amicable negotiation is not a prerequisite for submitting the dispute to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre for arbitration. The arbitration award is final and binding on all parties.
